E obligat s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 orice contesta\u0163ie, reclama\u0163ie sau sesizare din partea oric\u0103rui proprietar, s\u0103 o dea spre rezolvare \u015fi s\u0103 o urm\u0103reasc\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la definitivare. Asa totul va fi transparent si aveti siguranta ca administratorul nu fura J\u00a0 Administratorul dumneavostra nu este sub nici o forma de acord si refuza ideea?Atunci nu ramane decat sa il inlocuim\u2026. Primul lucru ce trebuie f\u0103cut \u00een cazul \u00een care ave\u0163i suspiciuni \u015fi dori\u0163i schimbarea administratorului este acela de a convoca adunarea general\u0103 a proprietarilor.
